Products

All of our personalized products are made to order based on the information and images provided by the customer.

Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in color, positioning, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.

Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before completing their purchase, including:

Names and spelling.
Dates.
Uploaded photos.
Design selections.
Shipping address.

Orders are produced exactly as submitted. Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Image & Promotional Use Authorization

By placing an order, you grant Mora Print Memories permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of your personalized product for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, digital advertisements, printed materials, and other promotional channels.

You acknowledge that the personalized product may display photographs, names, dates, messages, or other content provided by you as part of the customization.

By submitting photographs or other content featuring third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents for their use in connection with your order and for the promotional uses described in these Terms.

If you do not wish to authorize the use of your personalized product for promotional purposes, you must notify us before production begins. If no such request is received, the authorization granted under this section will remain in effect.

Production & Shipping

Personalized products are typically produced within 5 business days.

Customers may select their preferred shipping method during checkout.

FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders over $49.99.

Shipping transit times begin after production has been completed.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all personalized items are considered Final Sale.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website—including logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials—is the property of Mora Print Memories and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Mora Print Memories is not responsible for:

Low-quality images uploaded by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
